Known throughout the world as the “Jewel of the Desert,” the Arizona Biltmore provides a restful oasis of 39 acres covered with lush gardens, glistening swimming pools, and Frank Lloyd Wright-influenced architecture. Set in the heart of Phoenix, the Arizona Biltmore has been a favorite of celebrities and U.S. presidents throughout its colorful history.
This my favorite “Mobil Five Star” Hotel I worked I learned more there then all of the other “Mobil Five Star” Hotels I worked at And then there was he “Master Chef Siegburt Wendler and Corporate Chef for Westin Flagship Hotel”. It was so much fun I could wright all day the fun I had working with Master Chef Siegburt Wendler and the great food I had made under his supervision…
I will get into more about the “Jewel of the Desert,” the Arizona Biltmore in my Blog later so keep an eye on that. I will talk about some of those great times later.—Executive Chef Jesse J. Erving
