During the Fall and Winter. Especially Around The Midsection”

Before you spend a nickel on supplements you must first get your nutrition right. Otherwise you’re just wasting your money. And when it comes to nutrition… if you’re trying to lose bodyfat… the most important information you can get your hands on is… something we call T.R.I. M. S….. which is a scientifically determined, body analysis we run for each of our clients . Everyone’s body analysis is determined by their Height, Weight, Gender, Activity level and Age. It consists of….T. Total Calories R. Ratio of Protein to CarbsI. Ideal weightM. Muscle to fat IndexS. SupplementsOnce you plug this data into a Sophisticated weight loss algorithm. You get the following…

“Total calories:” how far you can drop your calories without losing muscle tissue. Muscle is the furnace in which fat is burned . So, you want to hang on to every ounce of muscle tissue during your weight loss effort because the more muscle you have the easier it is to burn fat.

“Ratio of Protein to Carbs:” This is the ratio of protein to carbs you need to lose body fat. I’m oversimplifying a bit but… depending on what ratios you ingest…Your Pancreas releases either insulin which stores fat or Glucagon which burns fat. I can’t emphasize enough what a powerful tool this is when you’re trying to lose body fat.

“Ideal Weight:” What should you weigh now at your age, height and activity level. Too often we shoot for our high school weight. It’s not realistic.

“Muscle to Fat Index:” Your ratio of fat cells to muscle cells. This is the barometer of how well your body will burn fat.

“Supplement:” A supplement (protein) with the correct protein to carb ratios. To lose body fat you are probably going to need a lot more protein that you have been getting. Yes, you can get the ratios you need with normal foods but you’ll get so sick of tuna, meat and chicken breasts you’ll cave in and start eating too many carbs. Then you’ll never get the weight off.

A New Approach To Health

This is the first issue of and interesting and informative publication which will be devoted to revealing the latest concepts in exercise and nutrition…THAT WILL WORK FOR YOU! I will have more on my website soon called “The Research Report” Out of the Dark Ages…A Brief history of Food supplements. There can be no doubt that Rheo H Blair has made a significant impact on the bodybuilding world. Since his rather dramatic introduction, though the page of Iron Man magazine, some years ago, bodybuilders the world over have been hearing report after report of his amazing system of muscle building.

Though Bair may be new to some. In Fact, Blair was the first to prepare and market protein supplements of any kind. Rheo’s protein was first advertised in the April 1951 issue of STRENGTH AND HEALTH magazine under the name of Johnson’s Protein.

Blair has led the way toward applying scientific nutrition with regular training to attain the best possible results in the shortest possible time. So advanced were his methods Larry Scott followed his advice, won the 1960 AAU Mr. California, 1962 IFBB Mr. America, 1964 IFBB Mr. Universe, 1965 IFBB Mr. Olympia, 1966 IFBB Mr. Olympia on the Blair system. One of the greatest bodybuilders in the world today, if not of all time, Larry Scott, has many times given Rheo H Blair much of the credit for his rapid progress and success in bodybuilding. Larry was so enthusiastic about Rheo’s methods that he did personally directed many aspiring Mr. Olympia hopefuls to Rheo’s counsel.

You could go on and on, listing such impressive names as Vince Gironda, (also brought to Blair by Larry Scott}, Don Howorth, and movie stars James Garner and Clint Eastwood. Bruce Lee, Raquel Welch, and many, many more who have benefited from Blair’s Program.

Have you ever tried any of the fads? The diet information Blair acquired in the early ‘60s, the basic bodybuilder’s diet being restored today for all of mankind, came from the most body-conscious group of people in the world– the Hollywood set: high protein, low carbs and medium fat — meat, milk, eggs, fruit and salad, and don’t forget your vitamin and mineral supplements and your protein powder. They knew this menu built muscle and provided energy and kept the bodyfat low. Why? ‘Cuz, that’s why. Ask anyone. Try it. Today, 55 years later, there are stacks of books that have made the subject of nutrition no clearer or more appealing; just lots of research, study, facts, data and confusion. What are we, nuts?

The work that Larry is doing so impressed me that I offered to become one of Larry Scott Certified Trainer’s. I feel very fortunate that I have been given an opportunity to be involved in one of the most significant and useful projects in the health field.

Larry’s contribution to bodybuilding and health field is overwhelming. in many ways he has revolutionized the field, and if you are still unwilling to agree that nutrition must accompany regular training efforts for bodybuilding and health field results, then you are not only failing to accept the documented evidence, but you will probably never reach your own true potential … and who know, it might be that goal you have dreamed of.

Widely regarded as one of the legends of bodybuilding, Larry Scott, 67, continues to involve himself in the sport at a number of levels, Larry, Mr. Olympia winner, is showing no sign of slowing down..
