“Larry and I want you to develop habits that will keep you fit for the rest of your lives,” and we have to teach our children how to stay fit.”

Discover New Truths About Training and Nutrition

Understanding Health

Now that I’m 53. I look at life and nutrition and fitness with open eye’s. Let me share some of these findings with you in the hope it will help you in your quest for physical excellence.

The first lifting book I ever purchased was Muscular Development Published in1972, it was full of exercise instructions, routines, and nutritional information that was the height of the game at the time. It was also full of pics of the bodybuilders who were at the height of the game at the time. Guys like Larry Scott on the cover and Steve Reeves of course.

Steve’s focus on health has been well documented. Always a believer in natural fitness, he has written books, contributed numerous magazine articles to various publications over the years and was an advocate of banning the use of chemicals in the sport of bodybuilding.

Interestingly, Reeves turned down a number of roles that made the careers of other actors. For example, Reeves said no to Albert Broccoli’s offer of $100,000 to star in Dr. No (1962) as James Bond because he was earning $250,000 per picture in Italy.

Steve built his superb physique in a day when bodybuilding drugs were unknown. As a result, he developed a keen insight into the true requirements of advance levels of muscle growth, nutrition, definition, fat loss, and shape building for the natural bodybuilder.

I’m like Steve Reeves I hate what the sport of bodybuilding haze come to and I make my point clear.

“Well, maybe today’s bodybuilders are on drugs or something and can’t rely on there own abilties? It seems a lot of guys are doing that these days.”

“For years I’ve have watched the transition that bodybuilding has made. And in my opinion, and in the opinions of many who have talked to me, bodybuilding, as it’s practiced and promoted today, is dying–and dying fast.

Well, it’s a good thing! Never in my life would I have imagined that such a terrific sport would be filled with so-called “champions” who are held up as heroes and adulated for physiques that are built with drugs. What kind of “real” bodybuilding champion is that?

Since when did a distinction need to be made between a “natural” bodybuilder and “chemical bodybuilder”?

It disturbs me that today’s muscle magazines are filled with stories on this-and-that champion’s routine, when all the while the average man and woman are misled because these same magazines won’t dare print the truth! And the truth is that these “champions” built their physiques after spending tens of thousands of dollars on steroids, growth hormone, insulin and whatever else happens to be the latest rage.

The public has been deceived for too long and it’s time someone takes a stand. I will!

Who is the “the guru,” whom people who want to know and turn to! Wake up, friends! When and where will all this nonsense end? The magazines won’t stop it–and the bodybuilders sure as hell won’t because they’re stuck; either you keep taking drugs and getting bigger and more cut, or you won’t win contests or get an endorsement contract.

Never in my life have I used any drug to build my body. Never! I wasn’t born with the physique I built; I worked hard for it. Yet, I did it naturally.

To me, a bodybuilder is someone who not only builds his body naturally, but has functional, real-world muscle that can be used at any time, and will help the person perform any activity better.

My vision is to take the sport back to its natural roots. Others in the industry have had the opportunity and have “talked the talk,” but no one has had the guts to take a stand for what’s right. And that is why. I’ve decided to help the sport I love get back to its proper place. One of the ways I intend to do that is by writing a monthly column here on www.1ringoffire,com for NATURAL HEALTHY LIVING.

Something needs to be done now; we have no choice. For where there is no vision the people perish; and where there is no vision for the future of bodybuilding, bodybuilding will perish.

All my life, I have never answered to anyone and I’m not about to do it now. The only thing I can give you in the coming months–through the pages of this website–is honesty and the truth about building your body without drugs.

I will teach you everything you will need to know to build the body you truly want. That is, to build it naturally and without any drugs. If you want to look like the other bodybuilders and want the latest drug information, then go to the other WEBSITES. I’m only interested in talking about one thing: real bodybuilding. If that’s what you want, then my friend, welcome home!”

“Well, maybe today’s bodybuilder are on drugs but can they rely on there own abilties?

God Bless You.

Ring of Fire & Associates Presents:

This Weeks Ring of Fire Newsletter!

A Message From Jesse:

To use a phrase from a great movie, “Either get busy living or get busy dying.” So remember that when you commit to working out you commit to a better life. It is that simple, you become better.

The other day and I was discussing losing body fat. The discussion went something like this:

“Your body is perfectly designed to gain or lose weight. The pancreas is the gatekeeper. You just have to tell it what you want. But you have to use the language of the pancreas and it only speaks blood sugar language. If you want to gain weight you simply raise your blood sugar by eating more easily digested simple carbohydrates. The pancreas sees this rise in blood sugar and says ‘Oh, the Master wants to gain weight,’ so it dumps insulin into the blood stream which in turn drops blood sugar. It then takes all those excess calories and stores them where they will be safe, right on your waist, hips, and thighs.

“If you goal is to lose weight, you raise your protein and lower your carbohydrates. This will in turn drop your blood sugar and your pancreas will dump glucagons into the blood stream. These glucagons search for body fat all over your body to burn as energy. It really all depends on what you want to do; gain weight or lose it.”

In the final analysis, eating right is simple. Your body is a marvelous system that will do exactly what you want it to do. Eat more protein and you will lose weight. Eat more carbohydrates and you will gain weight. Which do you want to do?

You Must Be Sick Of Dry Meat!

Now if you are like the rest of us, you are sick of eating turkey breast, chicken strips, and eggs to get the protein, not to mention energy you need. You want something else to get you through the day. Variety, after all, is the spice of life. So we have come up with a new protein flavor! Creamy Vanilla Ultra Pro Protein drink has 25 grams of protein and only 2 grams of carbohydrates per serving. This drink will surely help those glucagons get into your blood so that they can search out and destroy your unwanted fat.

“You can trace every disease back to a vitamin deficiency”

That’s exactly what Dr. Linus Pauling found after years of study and research into the chemicals that can keep us fit and healthy. Did you know that all of these diseases can be traced to a mineral deficiency?

· Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
· Hypertension

· Restless Leg Syndrome

· Diabetes

· Osteoporosis

· Addison’s Disease

· Obesity

· Pot Belly

There are so many more we could not possibly list them all here. Yet it is entirely true that vitamins and minerals can help you live a happier and more productive life. Larry also says, “If you workout with a nutrient deficient body you are not going to make it stronger, you are going to make it weaker!”

That’s why at Larry Scott Research Foundation have reformulated the New Revive multivitamin and mineral tablets into a great source of all the nutrients you body needs to keep from becoming deficient. If you are feeling sluggish and worn down you need vitamin B’s to help you get that pep back. If you are exercising regularly you need vitamins A, C, D and E to keep you healthy and rejuvenate your body. And everyone needs more minerals because many of the essential minerals the body needs to stay alive and healthy are not found in the foods we eat. That’s why we have packed New Revive with all 77 of the ionic trace minerals known at this time. There is no other mineral supplement on the market that uses all 77 ionic trace minerals, we guarantee it! Ionic means that it is so small that the body can instantly absorb the nutrients. It gives you the energy, the electrolytes, and the nutrients you need to live. Yes ACTUALLY live!
