Dear Friends and Fellow Athletes
I would first like to take this opportunity to thank you sincerely for your interest in Bio Phase Sports & Athletic Performance Systems.™ With all of the mixed messages and disinformation out there, I understand how difficult it can be to make a correct and informed decision in regard to achieving the results you’ve been hoping for. I give you my word as a Larry Scott Certified Trainer that what you read in the pages of the website I run is true. I have always approached my life’s work from a scientific perspective. Being able to back up what I say with research and results is what sets me apart from others in the field.

One of the questions I often get from people is “Who influenced you the most in program design?” The truth is I have had many, many teachers, and in these upcoming pages I will tell you who taught me the most and what I learned from him.
It’s often been said in the field of Sports and Athletics that there are two kinds of: Athletes those who substitute knowledge for experience, and those who substitute experience for knowledge. It’s true. In my practice I’ve seen trainers with degrees in exercise physiology incapable of performing a squat or power clean, much less teaching one. Likewise, I’ve seen top bodybuilders and power lifters who have no business being in the personal training business.
When I think about legends in the Iron Game, the first person who comes to my mind is Mr. Olympia Larry Scott. He is a bodybuilder, and a teacher as well-as a good friend. Larry was way ahead of his time and still is today.
From the beginning of my career and through the many years as a successful Larry Scott Certified Trainer, my scientific approach to diet and training naturally drew me headlong into the world of sports nutrition and supplementation. I looked at the many flaws in the personal training and supplement industry and thought that someday I might make a difference. I combined my passion for the sport with years of experience and knowledge in training and sports nutrition to launch Bio Phase Sports & Athletic Performance Systems.™

Sounds impossible, doesn’t it? If you had told me this same thing ten years ago. I would have laughed in your face. I’ve been training men and women for 20 years and I know it took long hours in the gym. Like the times I worked out with Mr. U.S.A. John DeFendis and his 40 and 50 set routines in one hour. There was no way. Then one day something happened that changed everything. I don’t know how else to say it, so I’m just going to tell you: the idea for the Bio Phase Sports & Athletic Performance Systems™ came by total inspiration.
At first the ideas came slowly, but soon they were coming so fast I had to get a tape recorder to keep track. By the burst of inspiration was over, I had a training system unlike anything I had ever seen. Frankly, I had my doubts that it would work because it was so different. After testing, I found to my astonishment that I could accomplish far more in less time with this system than I had been able to with anything I had tried before.

What makes Bio Phase Sports & Athletic Performance Systems™ work so well? The secret is not long workouts in the gym; like the late, great bodybuilding “guru” Vince Gironda defined true intensity as doing more work in less time. It’s more intensive then the unique training method of the Bulgarian Olympic Team, German Volume Training, and Eastern Block Strength Program AM & PM, don’t get me wrong some people will say it’s not the same training systems.
When the German Volume Training System was introduced to the Muscle Media back around 2000, I was introduced to it back in 1990 by Larry Scott and he called it Hyper Growth Systems back then, so you can see Larry Scott was doing it way before the Muscle Media even know it was around. Come on who ever you say invented it ether back in the mid-’70′s by Rolf Feser, who was then the National Coach of Weightlifting or by the late great bodybuilding “guru” Vince Gironda but we do know Vince had some thing to do with Larry Scotts and his training systems.
Larry Scott was around why before you and I were around we all know Larry had Vince Gironda as his coach and by now you know my coach and friend is Larry Scott who is now 74 years old and Vince Gironda is dead. So may be its time for Larry Scotts philosophies to rise again!
Supersets and tri-sets allow you to perform a lot of work in a short period of time. The rest-pause method allows you to use heavier weights, so you can recruit the higher threshold muscle fibers, and eccentric training enables you to overcome strength plateaus. The bottom line is that almost any training method will work (provided you do it with intensity!), at least for the few weeks it takes for your body to adapt to it.
Would you like to look good and feel good… Have a flat hard stomach… Be able to walk up a flight of stairs without gasping for breath…Stand in front of a mirror without being disappointed and don’t have any time to do it?
