Jesse In California. “Loaded Guns”.
The other day I was working on a new workout I’m going to call it Xtrem Nitro Fire it’s waiting to be unlocked, the intensity is incredible… It’s more incredible then Hyper Growth… which was basted around the unique training method of the Bulgarian Olympic team.
The human body is amazing. No matter what we throw at it, it adapts, and it adapts quickly. The body’s fast adaptation to change is the reason why bodybuilders and strength athletes experience “plateaus”. You know what I’m talking about, you’re not getting stronger or bigger, no matter how hard you train.
The whole process of building muscle or losing fat is about your body adapting to increasing loads and stress. If it was that simple, we’d all be massive, or tone!
As experienced lifters know, you’re not going to get continuous growth using the same program, week in week out. The human body adapts to the stress too fast. Once your body adapts to the stress level of your current routine it will see no need to keep growing or losing fat.
Change
Regular changes in your workout are essential for long-term growth or losing fat. Professional bodybuilders cycle their workout continuously, change their exercises and add advanced training techniques. Using their experience they know exactly what type of training and diet they need to build muscle or burn fat. So what can you do to switch up your routine and blast through plateaus? There are plenty of techniques used by the pros to stimulate muscle growth or lose fat.
Change-Whether you call it cycling, periodization or just different stuff, your weight training should radically change every week or as needed. Your body will acclimate itself to the stress you put on it and once acclimated, progress will slow or stop completely. Remember, the body sees no need for the extra muscle or the fat lose you want achieve.
If the body becomes familiar and comfortable with the workouts you put it through, regardless of how intense they may be, it will not take them seriously. It will not see them as reasons to continue grow or lose fat because it has already conditioned itself to handle the same workout. Your muscles react best to unusual stress and it is up to you to keep subjecting them to new challenges.
There are three basic requirements for success in lifting. First, make sure you have the correct workout regimen. This has to be well thought out and geared towards your ultimate goal. Secondly, the environment within which you conduct your workout should support your goals. I’m not talking about working out in a nice building. I’m referring to your motivational and competitive environment. A good coach is great but lifting partners are equally important.
First
I want to make one thing clear. Whenever someone sets off to achieve a goal they need to be specific. Do you want big biceps, a big chest, or possibly a lot of fat around the midsection? The first key to putting together any routine is to be as specific as possible. Being specific with your goals is often not easy at first, but it really helps because it allows you to make quantifiable goals. Lets start by saying I want to gain body mass; now you know that your goal is to gain muscle and minimize the amount of fat you gain. Okay. Now that we have a more specific idea of where to go all we need to do is connect the lines in a logical fashion. To start we need to get some data on where you are now (you cannot go anywhere if you do not know where you are now).
Is your training stuck in a rut? Desperate for an intense routine that will blast your body into new levels of mass and strength? Be careful what you wish for…because Xtrem Nitro Fire Training is your dream come true, and your worst nightmare.
Never has there been one bodybuilding routine so simple to understand, yet capable of delivering devastating results.
The first distinction of a Xtrem Nitro Fire Training is the intensity of the program, and the regular changes in your workout programs, and the consistent in the loads throughout the weeks, months, and year. Regular changes in your workouts is a another major distinction in the training program Get Out of the Gym Quick!

"The Legend" Larry Scott & "Guru" Vince Gironda at Vinces Gym. Circa mid 1960s.
You could be out of the gym in only 25 minutes! The late, great bodybuilding “guru” Vince Gironda defined true intensity as doing more work in less time. The entire Xtrem Nitro Fire Training Program must be filled with variety! The workout has to be motivating. I believe training sessions should last roughly 25 minutes with the average being 30 minutes. This training will raise a few eyebrows but I have my reasons for creating this program.
Regardless of your goals
when you walk out of the gym, you should feel like there is no possible way you could have worked harder during the past 25 minutes. Regardless of whether you are bulking up or trimming down, you always want to try to lift as heavy as possible while maintaining good form and staying safe. You should push yourself to do more reps or more weight each time you go to the gym. Don’t worry about what the guy or girl next to you is doing, don’t chitchat with your workout partner, and definitely don’t bring your cell phone with you onto the gym floor. Your gym time should be just that: your time to get healthy; your time to build the best physique you can.
Like a nutritional program
there is no simple workout routine that works best for everyone. Some people need to stick to lower volume, heavier weights (4-6 reps), while others respond better to higher volume, moderate rep range (6-12) workouts. There are many different training styles out there (P90X, Slim in 6, Turbo Jam, Brazil Butt Lift, ChaLEAN Extreme, Power 90, RevAbs, etc) you will go stale Larry Scott had always said to me your body is to smart for that. Your main goal should always be to keep it as intense as possible. You should also switch up your training split and style regularly to help prevent reaching a plateau. I recommend keeping a workout logbook to monitor your progress. This also helps ensure that you are always trying to up your intensity level and not just going through the motions.
In addition to training and proper nutrition, it is also crucial to get adequate rest. Remember you don’t grow in the gym, you grow outside of it. You should shoot for 10 hours every night. If you are not getting adequate sleep, your performance and physique will definitely suffer.
One final
Note to all the men and women out there who want to “tone up.” Stop spending 2 hours a day on the treadmill and start pressing, dead lifting, and squatting. The best way to lose fat is to put on muscle so that your metabolism increases and you burn more fat throughout the day. The best way to build muscle is not by doing endless amounts of cardio but by strength training. Don’t worry women, you won’t “get too big and bulky” and you won’t “look like a man” if you lift heavy weights, your diet is in check, and you stay drug-free. Instead you will develop a well-toned, sexy, feminine figure that you will be proud of.
If you are reading this article
it is very much likely that you have been an athlete during either elementary or high school, or even throughout college. With that, you certainly had an experience of a coach yelling at you “keep going” or that “you can do it” or similar. Probably at that point both your brain and your body are telling you “stop stop” I can’t take it anymore!”, but you’re still somehow doing it – because you know that is the way you unlock the door to success. Well, to tell you the truth, that is exactly what Larry Scott did – on a much larger scale.
Throughout his life
Especially after he had become popular, Larry Scott claimed that the first step towards achieving a “great body” is to convince yourself that you can do it. However, he adds, that is also the biggest challenge — which is the fact that would surprise many. You will often be discouraged because you are either not seeing the results soon enough, or fast enough as you think you should. The best cure for this is to keep working and disregard the discouragement.
One of the most important factors in that category is that you have to realize that you will not become a bodybuilder very fast. In fact, it will certainly take years and years of everyday exercise before you can walk around and brag about your body.
Of course

"The Legend" Larry Scott “Golden Biceps” Mid 1960s.
merely convincing yourself that you can do it will not yield six-packs. You do have to do a lot of work. Larry recommends exercise on a daily basis, but he stresses out that you should not overdo yourself. “Do as much as you can”, he says, “whether it’s once, twice, or even three times per day — it doesn’t really matter!” The only thing that is important, though, is that you have a complete set of workouts that you will not deviate from it while you’re exercising.
In addition, you need to take care of the food you’re bringing into your body. “Larry” recommends consulting with food expert who ought to help you with your fitness diet. You will need to pay attention to the carbohydrate, protein, fat, fiber, and even water intake.
On the other side of the story
Mr. Scott also looks back at the various nutritious supplements that are sold nationwide. “Many of those are pure scams”, Larry claims. “I’m not saying all of them, but many of them. You should always talk to an expert and get recommendations from friends before you purchase such a product”.
All in all, Larry claims that almost anyone can become a bodybuilder fitness person — if you really, really want that. Battling with your brain is really hard and that’s where most of the people fail. If you pass that test, and keep working on your body, you probably will become a bodybuilder or a fitness person one day.
