Training Introduction

IFBB Mr. Olympia, "2010, 2009, 2007 & 2006" He's on the "sauce". Showing bitch-tits in this photo.
“Why It’s So Easy To Get In Terrific Condition and… Stay There” (and why you’ll never read about it) Lots of guts huh?…To say it’s easy to get in great shape and stay there and.. No One Else Is Going To Tell You About It. Before I get into the nuts and bolts of this stuff, let me explain why these things are such well kept secrets…Where Do We Usually Get Our Information?
We get it from the movie stars, television commercials, football stars, or champs right?. Most of the information is written by or about some enormous, impossibly huge, specimen that is competing successfully today. Let’s be honest. When the “big guys’ get together, about the only “training” tips that are kicked around are…which…are coming in and where they are coming from. etc. Get my point.
That’s one reason why you’re seldom going to read an article that has any relevance to you if you are not on the “sauce”. There is no way the “clean” fitness trainer is going to be able to use most of those tips. It’s a different world for the huge guys. They simply aren’t in the business of squeezing out every little drop of naturally released growth hormone.
But, forget that, let’s assume the illegal stuff is not even around. We still haven’t hit upon…
The Main Reason You’re Never Going To Here Any Real Juicy Training Secrets.
What To Know What It IS? Just Ask Yourself…
Do you think Brett Favre, for example, was going to give any “real stuff” to a sport magazine when he knew Steve Young could read. Knew what I mean? This bodybuilding competition is big business to these guys now. After all it’s their living. They’re not about to spread around any nugget’s when there’s a whole passel of clam jumpers competing for the same cash prize next week.
Okay that’s enough about that. Let’s talk about the secrets. I’m going to show you why…Here we go…
#1.Workout length. 35 minutes our less.
#2.You have to work each body part at least every 72 hours or it starts to shrink.
#3.Your work out must have an element of fun.
One last thing… Just putting in this is not enough. Did you ever realize that to be successful, it’s not how much time you put in – its what you put into the time. Every single day you put in time. You have experiences. Everybody does. But not everybody develops expertise. See the difference?
You have a choice: You can either GO through an experience or GROW trough an experience. Don’t just be on the go, also be on the grow.
Why waste your time trying to figure out things on your own, when you can learn from a Larry Scott Certified Personal Trainer.
When I was a kid, I did what kids do. I lined up the weights and kicked them, head-butted them, kneed and elbowed them and beat them with a stick. Then I lined them up again and attacked them again. This went on until they quit and I went home and ate and slept. The gruesome methodology worked for years until I grew up, which took a really long time. Now I use commonsense.
Intensity! I don’t see any other way.
To your good health – always.
