5 Key Principles of the Bio-Phase Nutrition Program
Ring of Fire is a lifestyle…
Please read every word of this letter…
It can save you years of frustration, wasted effort, and thousands of dollars from trial and error on “One Size Fits All” training programs, fad diets, and sub-standard supplements!
Whenever someone calls to talk about making better progress, Larry Scott and me are amazed at how reading magazines, and listening to commercials have clouded their thinking. People want to get lean without changing what they eat, guys want to get bigger muscles while at the same time losing body fat.
C’mon! Those headlines and desires may be intriguing and perhaps with certain unproven stimulants it may be possible, but its definitely not safe and its not long term.
If people are really serious about making long term progress Larry and I tell them that they have to do what we did. They will need to follow the 5 principles to a better body that my BIOPHASE program is designed around.
1. Fats Don’t Make You Fat.
"If your goal is to get a trim waist line, watching your fats and calories is not the answer . . . The answer is Ratio Nutrition.”
Fats are neutral, and ingesting some of them is essential to maintain health, especially when you are losing weight from reduced carb intake. In my system, fat counts are included to make sure you’re getting enough, not so you can restrict them.
2. Calorie Reduction Doesn’t Cause Sustainable Weight Loss.
Instead, eating more proteins than carbs is the primary catalyst for weight loss. A higher protein ratio stimulates production of a hormone called glucagon in your pancreas. That hormone and its affect on insulin production and fat storage is what spurs effective weight loss. Overweight people generally have imbalances in their insulin, glucagon, and other hormones that cause them to store calories as fat more aggressively and consistently than thin people. The solution is not simply to reduce calories—it’s to balance hormones so your body chemistry will start to work for you.
3. Our Weight-Loss Nutrition Products Make High High Protein/Carb Ratios Realistic.
Protein/Carb Ratios Realistic by providing a high-protein meal replacement and an herbal mixture that blocks the build-up of fat stores and diverts calories to the muscle mitochondria where they can be burned as muscle fuel. Weight loss is faster when you add in the right nutrition products.
4. High Calorie Intake Doesn’t Necessarily Increase Muscle Mass
Increase Muscle Mass. Increasing calorie intake can cause you to gain weight. However, that weight will be in the form of fat rather than muscle unless you give your body a reason to utilize food to build muscle. Gaining weight is not about ratios or calories as much as it is about converting food nutrients into a form that can be used by muscles. Larry Scott's weight-gain supplements provide an easy way to eat enough while also ensuring maximum growth of muscle tissue, not just fat.
5. Although Our Meal Plans Include Calorie Counts. Total Calorie Intake Is Of Lesser Importance In The Bio Phase Ring of Fire Sports & Athletic Performance Systems.
Often, high calorie foods are also high-carb foods, so being aware of calorie count can keep people from eating too many carbs. It is nearly impossible to eat a high-carb ratio on a low calorie diet, And on a weight gain diet, total calorie intake gives the body enough to work with when try to build muscles. Overall, calorie count ia a relevant tool, not a primary focus.
"If your goal is to get a trim waist line, watching your fats and calories is not the answer...The answer is Ratio Nutrition."
